Pregnancy Testing + CONFIRMATION

Think you're pregnant? Schedule a free pregnancy test in Mooresville or Huntersville, North Carolina.

We provide medical-grade pregnancy testing and ultrasound services. Even if you have taken home tests, it is important to confirm the result. Our medical professionals are available to discuss the results and answer your questions.

If your test is positive, our staff will determine next steps, such as scheduling an ultrasound exam. An ultrasound can confirm a viable pregnancy and can give an estimate of pregnancy dating. This is valuable information if you’re considering abortion or your pregnancy options. All services are free and confidential.

When to take a pregnancy test?

If you’re uncertain whether you need to take a test or if you’re unsure about the signs to watch for, you’re not alone. Here are a few of the most common signs and symptoms of early pregnancy:

  • Missed period
  • Unexpected changes in your body, such as soreness, headaches, fatigue, breast sensitivity, nausea, or vomiting
  • Unexplained mood changes, such as irritability, mood swings, food cravings, or aversions

If you experience any early signs of pregnancy, schedule an appointment for a free pregnancy test. One of our medical professionals will read the results and answer any questions you might have.

Why do I need an ultrasound?

Especially if considering abortion, an ultrasound* will provide you with important information about your pregnancy and options, which includes:

Confirming the pregnancy is intra-uterine

The pregnancy is developing in the uterus. If not, it is an ectopic pregnancy, which is a medical emergency.

Confirming A viable pregnancy

A viable pregnancy is determined by seeing the heartbeat. If there is no heartbeat, the pregnancy could be ending in natural miscarriage.

Determining gestational age

Our sonographers determine the age of the pregnancy based on the measurements taken.

* Ultrasound scans are used to confirm the presence of a viable, uterine pregnancy. We do not use ultrasound to determine gender or diagnose abnormalities. Eligibility criteria apply.
